We are all in the thick of the spring season, but the summer will be approaching very quickly. It is time to start thinking about how you are going to make yourself better this summer. The summer is a great time to focus on the development process whether you are pitching competively or not.

This summer LPT will be offering throwing and strength training for high school and college athletes. Each program and day will be individualized to the athlete based on the athlete’s summer goals and when they pitch in competition during the week.

June 11th - August 9th
Evaluation Day: Wednesday, June 6th
**No Sessions on June 12th and Week of July 2nd**

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 9:00 AM - 10:30AM
4 DAYS A WEEK: $600 | 31 Sessions
3 DAYS A WEEK: $500 | 24 Sessions
2 DAYS A WEEK: $400 | 16 Sessions
Throwing & Strength Training
MONDAY - THURSDAY:  9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
4 DAYS A WEEK: $700 | 31 Sessions
3 DAYS A WEEK: $600 | 24 Sessions
2 DAYS A WEEK: $500 | 16 Sessions

COST INCLUDES: Set of weighted balls, LPT Velocity & Arm Care Manual, and LPT t-shirt.

LPT is one the top destinations for baseball players looking for throwing training in Ohio! Because of our comprehensive training focused on developing programs for the individual athlete we have helped over 70 athletes since 2013 move on to college baseball. 

This program is focused on helping each athlete move more efficiently, feel better, and perform better. In order to perform well consistently, we must throw a lot. In order to throw a lot, we must feel good. In order to feel good, we need to move efficiently. Athletes accomplish this with LPT by completing a thorough evaluation of their movement patterns, pain assessment, and motion analysis of their pitching mechanics. Athletes then complete Coach LaCorte's research based throwing program (read here) using drills that are individual to each athletes needs. 

Below are the results from our Winter Velocity & Arm Care Program. Through our comprehensive throwing and arm care protocols athletes increased their velocity by an average of 4.29 MPH and had in increase shoulder strength and ROM!
